Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at MACRONS. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items, macarons)
  • Items that have been opened or partially consumed
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at macroslabsg@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at macroslabsg@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at macroslabsg@gmail.com.
